SENTRICON® IS THE NO. 1 BRAND IN TERMITE PROTECTION.
Here’s How Sentricon Will Protect Your Home.
HERE’S WHY: The Sentricon® System is scientifically designed to eliminate the entire subterranean termite colony — including its queen. Never had termites? Keep it that way with Sentricon®.
HOME TREATMENT & PROTECTION
Using scientific information about termite behavior, the Sentricon® System ends the food chain needed by the queen and her colony for survival. With the proven power to wipe out future house-hungry termite generations, Sentricon® gives you complete termite protection.
Starting now. Take no prisoners. Using scientifically engineered bait to naturally enter their food chain, the queen and her entire colony are decimated. For good. And it begins working immediately if visible, active termites feed on the bait found in our Recruit® AG (above-ground) bait stations.
Two Things Termites Hate: Sentricon and Alaska
Unless you live in Alaska, termites are underfoot. In fact, an average of 5 million U.S. homes are
infested by termites each year. And don’t expect your homeowner’s insurance to cover damages. To them, it’s something you could and should have prevented.
Our Specialists Aren’t Just Trained, They’re Certified
Termites are too big of a threat for hit-or-miss, do-it-yourself attempts to protect your biggest investment. Our Certified Sentricon Specialists™ must pass intensive training on the installation and maintenance of complete home protection. Twenty years and 4+ million homes later, your peace of mind remains uncompromised.
Science Trumps Termites
The science behind Sentricon® leaves termites helpless because they can’t tell the active ingredient is lethal. And in lab tests when given the choice, termites ate nearly 10 times more bait than wood. After all, they can’t yell “CHARGE” if their mouths don’t work.

HOUSTON TERMITE TREATMENT & PEST CONTROL
Do you regularly inspect your home for signs of termite infestation? Termites cause billions of dollars in damage to homes and those damages are not covered by your homeowners’ insurance policy. Preventive Pest Control has Houston termite treatment schedules that are designed to help prevent termite damage from happening or eliminate the colony if your home is already infested.
WHY YOU NEED TERMITE PEST CONTROL SERVICES
At Preventive Pest Control we recommend that you let us inspect your home for termites so we can determine if you already have a termite infestation and design a proper treatment plan based on the type of termite destroying your home. Our Sentricon® System is scientifically designed to eliminate the entire subterranean termite colony. It can also be installed to prevent termites from ever attacking your home.
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT TERMITE INFESTATIONS
When termites go out in search of food and a place to build a colony, they typically look for anywhere that contains a sufficient amount of moisture and a source of food that contains cellulose. Most important to termites is a place of sufficient moisture as their bodies will dry out without a humid place in which to live. Their food source can usually be found in wood, paper, cardboard, carpet and even in certain clothes.
Formosan Subterranean Termite – The “Super” Termite
This termite was nicknamed the “super termite” due to its large colonies and destructive habits of consuming a large amount of wood in a short amount of time. Just one colony can contain up to several million termites that forage an area of soil up to 300 feet. A mature Formosan colony can consume an average of 13 ounces of wood per day, so infestations can cause severe wood damage to structures. Once these colonies are established, Formosan subterranean termites have never been eradicated from an area without the help of professional termite pest control services.
Common signs of termites include:
- Mud Tubes
- Discarded Wings
- Wood Damage
