What to Expect From Our Pest Control Service
Preventive Pest Control will keep the bugs out of your home! That’s what we do. Our Houston pest control service program is designed to keep your home free from spiders, ants, roaches, and all other pests that try to get in. If you’re finding bugs where they shouldn’t be, our service guarantee promises that we will come back out to service again at no charge for any covered pest.
We love taking care of our customers! Here’s how we do it:
6-Foot Power Spray Bug Barrier
Most of the critters that make their way into your home come from outside. As roaches, spiders, ants, and whatever else approach your home, they will pass through our barrier and won’t make it through the day! Maintaining this pest control barrier every 2 months is essential to make sure bugs stay out of your home.
Our Service program also includes treating your yard an additional 20 feet from your home for any ant mounds that our technicians may find while there for your service. A more permanent solution for fire ant pest control is available at an additional cost by applying Top Choice fire ant granules to your yard.
Our service technicians will sweep the eaves of your home each time we come out for your regular service to knock down any spider webs and wasp nests that may accumulate between visits. This is effective for spider pest control also by eliminating all spider egg sacs that may be hiding in the webs.
On your initial service, our technicians will inspect and treat any current pest issues that you are having. We will also perform a general interior pest control service throughout your home, paying special attention to access points where pests may gain entry to your home such as plumbing penetrations under sinks in the kitchen and bathroom. After our initial service, we only treat the interior of your home upon request. Our customers generally don’t have consistent pest control issues inside their home once they start on our program because of the 6-foot power spray bug barrier we apply around the exterior of your home.
